This means centring the voices and experiences of those who have been historically excluded\u2014not only women and girls, but also people from minority, migrant, and marginalised backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feminist leadership actively challenges traditional, hierarchical models by promoting shared decision-making, transparency, and accountability.
