At AFRIW, we believe that fair, safe, and dignified work is a fundamental human right. Too many people—especially women, migrants, and minority communities—face exploitation, unsafe conditions, wage theft, or forced labor. We are committed to raising awareness, advocating for strong legal protections, and supporting those whose rights are at risk.
Our work includes sharing information about workers’ rights, offering resources to identify and address exploitation, and collaborating with partners to promote fair labor practices. We stand with those who experience discrimination, harassment, or abuse in the workplace, and we call on policymakers, employers, and society at large to uphold justice, transparency, and accountability in all labor relations.
AFRIW’s vision is a world where everyone can work in safety and dignity, free from exploitation and with access to support if their rights are violated.
